Refund Policy · Effective 27 October 2026

Clear rules for cancellations and refunds.

This TrakarIA Refund Policy explains the difference between ending a subscription and reversing a payment for purchases processed by Paddle. It applies alongside the TrakarIA Terms of Service, Paddle's buyer terms and any mandatory consumer rights.

The default position is that completed digital-service charges and consumed usage are non-refundable unless applicable law, Paddle's buyer protections or an approved exception requires otherwise. A request is not an approval, and cancelling prevents future renewal rather than undoing the current period.

01

Free trial

The ten-day Pro trial requires no card and creates no charge by itself.

02

Cancellation

Stops a future renewal at the end of the current paid period; access normally continues until then.

03

Refund

Reverses an eligible payment after review and can end the corresponding paid access and credits.

Refund Policy

Scope and roles

This Policy applies to paid TrakarIA subscriptions, recurring add-ons and T-credit purchases processed by Paddle. TRAKARIA LLC supplies the TrakarIA product. Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record, is the seller in the payment transaction and is responsible for collecting and returning money through its systems.

Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy also apply to the transaction. If mandatory law or Paddle's applicable buyer protection gives you a stronger right than this Policy, that stronger right prevails. This Policy does not cover a separate written enterprise order to the extent that order states a different lawful refund arrangement.

Payment requests

Use Paddle's receipt, customer portal or buyer-support route for cancellation, withdrawal and monetary refund requests.

The ten-day free trial

A new organisation may use released Pro capabilities for ten days without entering a payment card. The trial does not automatically charge you. If you do not deliberately purchase a paid plan, the workspace moves to the available Free plan when the trial ends.

Because no trial payment is taken, there is nothing to refund for the trial itself. Trial access may be refused, shortened or withdrawn where it is duplicated, automated, fraudulent, abusive or used to evade an account restriction. Trial availability and included capabilities may change for future sign-ups.

No card required

Starting the standard ten-day trial does not create a payment authorisation.

After the trial

Choose a paid plan deliberately or continue with the capabilities and limits of the available Free plan.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the management link in your Paddle confirmation email, the Paddle customer portal or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain paid access until then unless the account is suspended, refunded or otherwise terminated under the Terms of Service.

Cancellation prevents the next recurring charge; it does not normally refund the current period, previous renewals, unused time, add-ons or consumed credits. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal. A forgotten cancellation or lack of use is not, by itself, a product defect or guaranteed refund reason.

Manage through Paddle

Cancel before renewal

Submit cancellation before the renewal is processed. Time zones, banking delays or an unread reminder do not automatically reverse a completed charge.

Default refund rule

Except where applicable law, Paddle's buyer terms or this Policy requires otherwise, paid digital-service transactions are final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable once processed. Refund requests may be considered individually, but submission within any period does not guarantee approval.

We and Paddle may consider the reason, timing, account history, service availability, product use, credits consumed, benefits received, attempts to resolve a technical issue, fraud signals and mandatory legal rights. We may support a full refund, partial refund, service credit or no refund as the circumstances and Paddle's rules permit.

Change of mind

Not normally refundable after access has been provided, except where a mandatory withdrawal right applies.

Unused subscription

Failure to use available access does not normally create a refund right.

Completed renewal

A renewal is not automatically refundable merely because cancellation was submitted after it was processed.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Depending on buyer location and transaction type, a statutory withdrawal period or a remedy for a digital service that is faulty, materially not as described or not supplied may apply.

Eligibility, waiver rules and time periods vary by country and can depend on whether performance or digital access began with consent. Paddle determines and processes transaction rights under its buyer terms and refund policy. Business buyers do not receive consumer withdrawal rights unless local law expressly provides them.

Non-waivable protection

Where mandatory law grants a stronger remedy, it applies despite a stricter sentence elsewhere in this Policy.

How to request a refund

Use the support or transaction-management link in your Paddle receipt, the Paddle customer portal or Paddle.net. Provide the transaction email, order or transaction identifier, product, charge date, amount, reason and relevant evidence. Do not send full card details to TrakarIA.

For a technical problem, contact TrakarIA promptly and provide enough information to reproduce it. You must take reasonable troubleshooting steps and allow a reasonable opportunity to restore materially unavailable paid functionality, unless law entitles you to an immediate remedy.

Payment and refund request

Submit the monetary request to Paddle so it can verify the transaction and return funds through the supported payment route.

Assessment and exclusions

A refund may be appropriate where mandatory law requires it, a duplicate or incorrect charge is verified, paid access was not supplied, or a material product defect prevented the purchased service from being used and was not resolved within a reasonable opportunity. Evidence and the part of the service affected will be considered.

A refund may be refused where the service worked substantially as described; the request concerns a missing feature that was not promised; the buyer changed systems or priorities; the environment or third-party integration caused the issue; usage or credits were materially consumed; the account breached the Terms; or evidence indicates fraud, refund abuse, chargeback manipulation or repeated trial abuse.

Evidence matters

Screenshots, dates, error details and support correspondence help distinguish a product defect from configuration, expectation or third-party failure.

Partial outcomes

Where only part of a period or add-on is affected, a partial refund or service credit may be considered instead of reversing the complete transaction.

Credits and add-ons

Monthly credits are part of the subscription, refresh each cycle and have no separate cash value. Purchased T credits are digital usage units, not currency, and cannot be redeemed or transferred for cash. Consumed credits are not refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise or the consumption resulted from a verified TrakarIA billing or metering error.

Unused purchased credits and recurring capacity add-ons follow the transaction's legal rights and Paddle's approved refund decision. Cancelling an add-on normally stops a future renewal or removes it at the applicable plan change; it does not automatically refund prior availability or use.

Consumed usage

Completed AI or product processing is ordinarily treated as delivered digital usage.

Verified metering error

We may restore incorrectly deducted credits or support an appropriate adjustment after reviewing service records.

Approved refunds

Paddle returns an approved refund to the original payment method where possible and controls processing timelines, currency conversion and banking presentation. Financial institutions may take additional time to display the credit. Transaction fees, exchange differences or taxes are handled according to Paddle's rules and applicable law.

When a transaction is refunded, the corresponding paid entitlement, add-on, credits and benefits may be removed immediately or from the refunded period. A full refund can end access to the paid plan. You remain responsible for exporting information available to you before access ends, subject to the Terms of Service and any immediate suspension needed for safety or abuse.

Entitlement reversal

A refund reverses the purchase; it is not a way to retain both the money and the paid benefit.

Original payment route

Paddle normally sends approved funds through the payment method and transaction record it controls.

Chargebacks and abuse

Contact Paddle or TrakarIA before starting a chargeback so that the transaction and any product issue can be investigated. This does not remove a lawful chargeback right, but an unsupported chargeback can delay resolution and require evidence to be provided to the payment provider.

We may suspend access while a payment dispute, fraud signal or refund-abuse pattern is investigated. We may contest an invalid chargeback, preserve relevant account and usage evidence, block repeated abuse and recover amounts or costs where the law and applicable payment rules allow.

Good-faith resolution

Use the receipt, portal and product-support routes first where practical.

No refund abuse

False non-delivery claims, repeated consumption followed by refund requests and attempts to keep refunded benefits may lead to account restriction.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy for changes in law, Paddle's transaction framework or the TrakarIA product. The version in effect for a transaction normally governs that transaction unless a mandatory rule or a more protective later policy applies. Material changes apply prospectively with notice where required.

For product support, contact TRAKARIA LLC at contact@trakaria.com. For transaction, cancellation, withdrawal and monetary refund handling, use Paddle's buyer-support route. Keep your receipt and transaction identifier so the request can be located.

Before you evaluate TrakarIA

A few things worth knowing up front.

Does the ten-day TrakarIA trial create a charge?

No. The standard ten-day Pro trial requires no payment card and does not create a charge by itself.

Does cancelling a subscription automatically refund the current period?

No. Cancellation normally prevents a future renewal and leaves the current paid period available; it does not automatically reverse a completed charge.

Where do I request a monetary refund?

Use the support or subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, the Paddle customer portal or Paddle.net so Paddle can verify the transaction.

Are consumed T credits refundable?

Normally no. Consumed credits represent delivered digital usage, except where mandatory law applies or a verified TrakarIA metering error caused the consumption.

Can mandatory consumer rights override this Refund Policy?

Yes. A non-waivable right under applicable law or a stronger protection in Paddle's buyer framework continues to apply.
